WE EXIST IN FREQUENCY

We resonate on various frequencies. The idea of separation is merely a construct of the mind. So, take a moment to step beyond your thoughts and join me in this present moment.

Here, we all coexist as one. This has always been our truth, yet we ventured apart into individual souls. We then dispersed into different frequencies, moving together in the same time and space.

You are my reflection. You and I are one frequency.

To understand anything, I simply need to look at you. In you, I find myself. I recognize my strengths and my shortcomings. If I see honor in you, it is a reflection of what I’ve cultivated within. Conversely, if I notice something I wish to change, I understand that it is also a part of me. It cannot exist in you if it doesn’t exist within me.

As I transcend the aspects of myself that no longer serve me, you will change form. You won’t disappear; rather, you will vibrate at a different frequency.

To manifest a life beyond my wildest imaginings, I must elevate my frequency to align with the vision my Universal Heart/Mind holds. If I seek to embody love, kindness, and peace, I must first cultivate these within myself, and then you will join me in that reality.

Countless versions of this moment exist within "time." At any time, I can choose to rise as high as my spirit allows. When I reach the peak of my ascent, I will spread my wings and take flight. All possibilities lie beyond the horizon.

If I wish to hold these aspirations in my heart and mind, I turn inward to the Universe within me, for in the act of seeking, I will discover.

Remembering is a state of being that all will ultimately recognize. It is a realm of unity, a space where we are truly FREE.
