What Is Resistance?

Resistance is anything that holds you back from the fullness of your light.

It can look like fear.

It can sound like doubt.

It can feel like the quiet voice inside that says,

What if I can’t?

What if it doesn’t work?

What if I’m too much?

What if I’m not enough?

But what if resistance is only the edge of an old belief?

What if it is the doorway between who you have been and who you are becoming?

So many people believe resistance means they are blocked, broken, or not ready.

But sometimes resistance appears right before expansion.

It rises when your soul is stretching into a greater version of itself.

It comes when the old pattern knows it can no longer lead.

Resistance is often the mind trying to protect you from the unknown.

But your light was never meant to live only in what is known.

You are not here to shrink into safety.

You are here to remember the infinite nature of who you are.

What if your possibilities are limitless?

What if the dream placed inside of you was never too big?

What if the version of you that already knows how to rise is simply waiting for you to choose her?

When you go into the what ifs, listen closely to the direction they are taking you.

There is a big difference between:

What if I fail?

And:

What if I fly?

There is a big difference between:

What if I can’t?

And:

What if I can?

The question itself becomes a frequency.

The question itself opens or closes the field.

Every time you ask, What if I can’t? you begin to build a reality around limitation.

But when you ask, What if I can? something inside of you opens.

Your body softens. Your field expands. Your light begins to move again.

Resistance starts to dissolve when possibility becomes louder than fear.

So the next time you feel resistance, pause.

Place your hand over your heart.

Breathe into the part of you that feels afraid to expand.

And gently ask:

What if I can?

What if I am supported?

What if this is easier than I believed?

What if I am more powerful than the pattern trying to hold me back?

Because you are.

You are not here to live inside the limits of yesterday.

You are here to embody the light of what is possible now.

Resistance is not the end of your path.

It is simply the place where your light is asking to be trusted more deeply.
