What elements in your reality do you find unsettling?
The state of being at peace is something we embody; it dwells deep within us. Yet, I frequently hear individuals express sentiments like "if only I had this, everything would be fine." They crave one thing or another, yet what they possess always seems insufficient. It's often followed by a phrase like "I’m grateful, but..."
As always, numerous viewpoints are available to explore!
Can you find a spot to relax, whether lying down or sitting, and feel an overwhelming sense of tranquility within? Can you truly acknowledge that what you have in this very moment is perfect? Do you have the capacity to appreciate your current circumstances, or are you constantly yearning for more? Is your sense of happiness reliant on external factors?
True happiness and contentment do not come from what is “out there.” They are cultivated from within and radiate outward. Each person generates their own joy and peace from their inner being.
All external representations of happiness that do not resonate with your true self will inevitably be realigned to highlight where things may be misaligned. If circumstances aren't unfolding as you wish, there's a purpose behind it. Succumbing to these challenges is an outdated approach. Instead, by observing, delving inward, identifying, accepting, and transforming, we can navigate our way forward.
This transformative journey is about "reversing" previous patterns. Many have spent their entire lives amassing possessions, exerting control, and striving for achievements—only for these pursuits to fade away. Identities have been shaped around external people and objects, leaving many unaware of their true selves. When the time comes to reconnect with your essence as an energetic being, everything outside of you may begin to dissolve until that connection is established. You can either engage actively in this process or passively allow it to happen. The latter option tends to be far less enjoyable.
Take a moment to pause and breathe, finding a quiet space to reflect inward. Remind yourself that, in this instant, you are sufficient. You possess everything you need. Shift your focus away from "another time." The future is shaped by what you feel in the present and visualize in your mind. If your current feelings are anything less than bliss and perfection, you are inadvertently manifesting what you do not want. To create what you desire, you must cease dwelling on what you don’t want and instead direct your energy towards your true desires. Genuine longing springs from your heart, not merely from your intellect. To manifest, you must first find your state of contentment. Otherwise, you risk creating scenarios that do not align with your inner peace. Remember, being at ease resides not in your thoughts but in your heart.
So, the real question is: can you navigate each moment from your heart? If you can, you can begin to manifest your authentic desires. This process always begins with a feeling that then inspires thoughts, rather than thoughts generating feelings.
